  • A $160,000 salary in Huntsville, Alabama, would need to be increased to approximately $285,000 — $290,000 to maintain a similar standard of living in San Francisco, California.
• Relocation assistance, if relocation required
• 4/8 work schedule
  • 32 hour work week, 8 hours per day, 4 days per week (every Friday—Sunday off)
• 10 weeks of paid leave annually
• 401k match at 100% up to 6%
• At least part-time remote hybrid; prefer fully remote
• Quiet work environment
